June 10, 2009 Rain Out Information:
The Texas Rangers postponed the game on June 10 against the Blue Jays due to inclement weather. The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Tuesday, September 1 when the Blue Jays return to Texas. Gates will open at 2:30 p.m. The first game will begin at 4:05 p.m., and the second game will begin approximately 30 minutes following the conclusion of the first game. Tickets dated September 1 will be valid for admission to both games.

Please note: Tickets that show a $0 value will not be exchangeable for June 27, July 4, July 18, July 20-22, August 1, and August 14-16.

Please follow the instructions below to exchange your tickets for a TRADITIONAL DOUBLEHEADER.

April 29, 2009 Rain Out Information:
The make-up doubleheader was played on Friday, May 29. You may still exchange your rainout tickets by visiting a Box Office at Rangers Ballpark with your original April 29 ticket.

Please note: Tickets that show a $0 value will not be exchangeable for June 27, July 4, July 18, July 20-22, August 1, and August 14-16.

If a game is postponed due to inclement weather conditions, please hold onto your ticket. You will need your ticket for access to the rainout makeup or to exchange for a future date.

The following policies apply when a game is postponed:

• If a postponed game is rescheduled on an off day or as a day/night split doubleheader (two separate games scheduled at least six hours apart on the same day), then the original ticket is valid for the rescheduled game and does not need to be exchanged. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled game, your ticket may be exchanged for a comparable seat to any remaining 2009 regular-season game, subject to availability.


• If a postponed game is rescheduled as part of a traditional doubleheader (one ticket is valid for both games and the second game starts approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first), your original ticket may be exchanged for the doubleheader or any remaining 2009 regular-season game for a comparable seat, subject to availability.


• You must present your ticket for exchange at the box office or mail the ticket to the address below.


• Full season tickets cannot be exchanged for the same seat location as that location has been sold for every game for the entire season. Partial season package tickets can be exchanged for the same seats or comparable seats based on availability by game.


• Suite tickets cannot be exchanged for another suite ticket. They will be exchanged for the best available open seat.


• Complimentary tickets cannot be exchanged for any of the premier dates on the 2009 schedule. Tickets received from a player or umpire cannot be exchanged.


• Your parking receipt will be good for parking at any remaining game during the season.


• If you live more than 150 miles from Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, you may request a refund by mailing your ticket to the address below. Please clearly state your request, and we will issue a refund.
