Advance Ticket Exchange Policy

Season ticket holders may exchange tickets from season packages up to 24 hours prior to game time at no charge for tickets of similar value, subject to availability, to any Sunday through Thursday regular-season game, excluding April 23-25, May 28, June 17, July 23-25, and September 30. Tickets can be exchanged only once.

Unused Ticket Exchange Policy (Dead Tickets)

Unused tickets for games already played (dead tickets) may be exchanged for $1 per ticket for a ticket of similar value, based on availability, for any Sunday through Thursday regular-season game, excluding April 23-25, May 28, June 17, July 23-25, and September 30 at any Texas Rangers Ticket Office. Dead season tickets can be exchanged only once. Dead tickets may not be exchanged for Cuervo Club Seats, Home Plate Seats, or All You Can Eat Seats.

My Rangers Tickets/StubHub

My Rangers Tickets gives you a single location to manage your tickets online, view all of the tickets in your Rangers account, and take advantage of the latest ticket management features including:

• Post tickets that you are unable to use for sale on StubHub in a secure online environment for others to purchase.
• Digitally transfer tickets by email to family and friends.
• Store and update your account profile information and make changes to your phone numbers or email to ensure that the Rangers have your most up-to-date information.
• Receive notification to accept tickets that have been transferred to you by others.

10% Discount on Additional Single Game Tickets

Season ticket holders can call the season ticket holder hotline at 817-273-5137, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. or Saturday, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., to order additional single game tickets at a 10% discount off normal gate prices.

Private Season Ticket Holder Concierge

Located near Section 29 and adjacent to the West Box Office, this exclusive area allows season ticket holders the opportunity to exchange tickets, purchase discounted Rangers Captain Cash, or drop off tickets for friends or business associates at Will Call in a climate-controlled, indoor facility. Dedicated staff will be in place to provide the professional service season ticket holders have come to expect.

Season Ticket Holder ID Cards

All season ticket holders receive two season ticket holder identification cards per account. Your season ticket ID card entitles you to 15% discounts on Texas Rangers merchandise at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington (excludes sale merchandise, autographed, and game used items) and 20% discounts on Rangers Captain Cash at the Season Ticket Holder Concierge area. Card expires December 31, 2012.

Rangers Captain Cash Discounts

Rangers Captain Cash is redeemable for food and beverage at all full service concession stands at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. Season ticket holders can purchase Rangers Captain Cash at a 20% discount by calling the season ticket holder hotline at 817-273-5137 or by visiting the Season Ticket Holder Concierge area during games. There is no change redeemed on Rangers Captain Cash, it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and it expires on September 30, 2012. Please treat it as cash.
