When you purchase your group tickets online, you will only be charged a $4 deposit per ticket ordered. You will be responsible for the remaining balance per ticket depending on the group deal and price level you choose.

This will serve as the Texas Rangers' rain out/inclement weather policy for individual tickets, season tickets, group tickets and complimentary tickets for the 2009 season. If the team completes four and one-half innings, the game is considered a full game and no refunds or exchanges will be provided. If the game is cancelled prior to completion of four and one-half innings due to rain or other inclement weather conditions, the Texas Rangers will exchange your ticket for any other 2009 regular season home game, subject to availability. The exception to this is if you are exchanging a complimentary ticket, it cannot be exchanged for a premier game (4/6, 5/25-27, 6/12-13, 6/27, 7/4, 7/20-22, 8/1, 8/14-16) but can be exchanged for any other 2009 regular season home game.
The Texas Rangers reserve the right to amend or deviate from these regulations at any time without prior notification.
Q: How much is bus parking?
A: Bus parking is $40 and may be purchased in advance or on the day of the game.
Q: Can I leave tickets for my group at Will Call?
A: It is the responsibility of the Group Leader to distribute the tickets to his/her group. We highly recommend that you distribute your tickets to your guests as soon as you receive them. Should you have any concerns regarding the distribution of your group tickets, please contact your Texas Rangers Account Representative.
Q: Are my group tickets exchangeable?
A: All sales are final. There are no exchanges allowed.
Q: Can I return group tickets if I purchased too many?
A: Once group tickets are paid for in full, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
Q: How do I know when a game is going to be canceled due to inclement weather?
A: Please tune into KRLD 1080 AM for updates on game delays due to inclement weather.
Q: When does our group name appear on the scoreboard?
A: Group names appear on the scoreboard after the completion of the 6th inning (between the 6th and 7th innings). Please be sure to submit your group name when making final payment. Group names not submitted will not appear on the scoreboard.
Q: My ticket(s) are lost or stolen. Can I get them reprinted?
A: Lost or stolen group tickets may be reprinted at a cost of $5.00 per ticket. To do so, the Group Leader must phone their Texas Rangers Account Representative directly, or call 972-RANGERS x3, no later than two hours prior to the scheduled game to arrange for reprint. Tickets will be left at Will Call. No reprinted tickets may be shipped. All stolen ticket reprint requests will require a copy of a police report before being processed. Please note: exact seat locations are needed to file a reprint request.
