Registration Details
Registration for the four-game series versus the New York Yankees on August 4-7, 2008 ("Yankees Series") ticket opportunity begins at 8:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) Wednesday, June 25, 2008. Registration will close at noon CT on Monday, July 14, 2008. The Rangers will conduct a random selection of winners from the pool of registrants. The registrants selected will have the opportunity to purchase up to four (4) tickets, subject to availability, to the Yankees Series, which will be played at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, TX. Exact date, times and instructions for ticket purchase will be communicated by e-mail to each applicant selected. If a selected applicant does not follow these instructions, he or she will forfeit the opportunity to purchase tickets. There is no charge to register for this opportunity. There is no obligation to buy a ticket. There is no assurance that any particular registrant will be selected. Registrants selected may not transfer this purchase opportunity.
In order to be eligible for this opportunity, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. In addition, you must complete and submit the entry form located on this page during the Registration Period. Limit one entry per person. In the case of multiple entries for the same individual, only the first entry received will be considered. Only entries submitted to the Rangers during the Registration Period will be entered in the random drawing. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other mechanical or automated means will not be valid.
Random Drawing Dates
A random drawing for the opportunity to purchase up to four (4) tickets, based on availability, to the Yankees Series will be held on or about Monday, July 14, 2008. Each applicant selected will be notified on or around Thursday, July 17, 2008 via the e-mail address submitted on the registration form. Those applicants whose names are selected shall have an opportunity to purchase Yankees Series tickets, based on availability, at a date and time to be indicated in the e-mail. In the event that the registrant selected does not respond to such notification by purchasing tickets in the timeframe indicated, a disqualification will result.
Please be sure to provide us with an accurate e-mail address. Neither MLB Advanced Media, L.P. or the Rangers are responsible for any e-mail notifications that are bounced back or misdirected.
