FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where do we park? »: Cash parking lots surround Rangers Ballpark and charge $12 per vehicle. Handicapped parking is available in several lots, and bus parking is available in Lot C for $40. For more information, including suggested travel routes to Rangers Ballpark, visit texasrangers.com/parking.
What time will the gates open? »: Gates will open at 9:30 a.m. and presentations will be begin promptly at 10:15 a.m.
Where will we sit for the presentations? »: Seating for both educational programs will be between Sections 18 and 34 and will be first come, first served. Upon conclusion of the presentations, kids will be asked to move to their assigned and pre-purchased seat location.
Can we bring food into Rangers Ballpark? »: Fans may bring their own food into the ballpark. No metal cans or glass containers may be carried into the ballpark. No hard coolers, backpacks, or oversized bags are allowed. All bags and purses must be 16"x16"x8" or smaller and will be searched by ballpark staff.
How do we purchase tickets to the event? »: Tickets can be purchased online. A ticket to the Mariners vs. Rangers game on April 12 will serve as admission to the Wildlife Education Day presentation and game. A ticket to the Athletics vs. Rangers game on May 17 will serve as admission to the Weather Day presentation and game. Ticket savings are available up to $13 off box office prices for groups of 10 or more.
At what age am I required to purchase a game ticket? »: Kids 13 years of age or younger are eligible for reduced price tickets in certain areas of Rangers Ballpark, and kids under 36 inches tall may be admitted free of charge but must occupy a ticket holder's lap.
