FOX Sports Southwest
In its tenth season as the rightsholder for all Texas Rangers telecasts, FSSW will carry 133 games on regional cable and satellite television in 2009. There are 25 local over-the-air telecasts scheduled, 24 on My27 and opening day, Monday, April 6 on KDFW FOX 4. FSSW also syndicates the 25 DFW over-the-air telecasts to over-the-air affiliates in outer markets.

FSSW High-Definition
For the second consecutive season, the majority of Rangers games will be presented in high-definition on FOX Sports Southwest HD, KDFI My27 HD and KDFW FOX 4 HD where available.

The Rangers' home television territory includes Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and the southeastern New Mexico counties of Lea, Eddy, Chaves, Dona Ana, Roosevelt, Curry, De Baca, Quay, and Union.

Important Cable Information
It's possible that some Rangers fans in areas outside of Dallas-Fort Worth may not receive all Rangers telecasts this season. FOX Sports Southwest this year has increased its TV schedule and will show an all-time high 133 games in 2009. The additional games have been made available to local satellite and cable system carriers. The vast majority of them have decided to carry all the games, yet some have not. Austin & San Antonio
Good news for Time Warner Cable customers living in Austin and San Antonio. Beginning Tuesday, May 12, Time Warner will begin carrying all available FOX Sports Southwest Rangers games in your market.

The majority of the games will be shown on the FOX Sports Plus secondary feed, which airs on a separate channel and allows fans to view Rangers games whenever there is a conflict with Houston Astros telecasts and other live event programming on FOX Sports Southwest. Games on FOX Sports Plus are available to Time Warner customers on Channel 77 in Austin, and Channel 50 (STUF TV) in San Antonio. Other distributors in your area, including DirecTV, Dish Network, AT&T U-Verse, Grande Communications, and Suddenlink Cable (Georgetown & Pflugerville), are carrying the full-schedule of Rangers games.

A select package of Rangers games also are shown this season on broadcast stations KEYE-TV in Austin and KCWX-TV in San Antonio.

Satellite Customers
Satellite customers may note that both DirecTV and Dish Network may utilize alternate channels for FSSW games when the Houston Astros are also on FSSW. On DirecTV, the main feed can be seen on 676 with alternate feeds on Channel 677, and on Dish Network, the main feed is 416 with alternate FSSW feeds found on channels 445-453. Satellite customers should always check their on-screen guides for updated information as there are some exceptions. Some cable systems also make provisions to show both games. Please contact your cable provider for details.

Additional Broadcasts
FS Southwest will deliver over 660 hours of Rangers-related programming in 2009, including RANGERS LIVE pre- and postgame shows, RANGERS INSIDER, Lunch with the Rangers, IN MY WORDS, SPOTLIGHT and UNDER THE LIGHTS episodes; and other programming.

MLB LIVE BLACKOUT RESTRICTIONS
Local Live Blackout: ALL LIVE MLB.TV and MLB Extra Innings games will be blacked out in each applicable Club's home television territory (except for certain home television territories for which MLB.com may offer in-market subscription services) or in Japan. The participating Clubs' local television rightsholders have the right to deliver their games to customers within their home television territories, and these blackouts exist to protect those rights.
