LEGACY PROGRAM

The purpose of the Texas Rangers Legacy is to promote the heritage of the baseball club with its traditions while allowing former players to be actively involved with the current Texas Rangers team and initiatives.

One key factor of the alumni program is community involvement. Legacy members will take part in events such as Opening Day, Family Day, Alumni Legacy Weekend, and Hall of Fame Weekend throughout the year.

There are three levels of recognition with Alumni Legacy:

Rangers Hall of Fame: Former Rangers players inducted into the Texas Rangers Hall of Fame
Prestigious Service: Former Rangers players with five or more years with the club
Special Recognition: Former Rangers players who have distinguished themselves as members of the team for any part of a season
