ALCOHOL SALES AND NON-ALCOHOL SECTION
Section 335 has been designated as a non-alcohol section at Rangers Ballpark. Sales and consumption of beer are strictly prohibited in this section. Beer sales will be discontinued in all seating areas after the 7th inning and at concession stands after the 8th inning or two and one-half hours subsequent to the start of a single game, whichever occurs first. Sales may also be discontinued earlier, and in specific areas if necessary, at the discretion of Rangers management. Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission (TABC) prohibits alcohol being brought into or out of Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. The Texas Rangers remind guests to drink responsibly.

ANIMALS
No animals are permitted into Rangers Ballpark in Arlington with the exception of animals accompanying fans due to health-related needs of the fan.

ATM'S
There are six automated teller machines located inside Rangers Ballpark:

  • In the Majestic Grand Slam Shop located in Center Field
  • On the Main Concourse behind Section 44 (across from Timeless Treasures Gift Shop)
  • Behind Section 30 next to Guest Relations at the Home Plate Gate
  • At the Third Base Entrance (under the ramp)
  • Behind Section 326 on the Upper Concourse
AUCTIONS
The Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation will hold silent in-game auctions at each game for the entire season. The auctions will consist of autographed merchandise and game used items. The silent auction will be located near Section 21 on the Main Concourse beginning one and one-half hours prior to the start of the game and ending one and one-half hours after the start of the game. All proceeds will benefit the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation.

AUTOGRAPHS
Guests may seek autographs from players and coaches from the time the gates open until 45 minutes prior to the start of each game. Major League Baseball rules prohibit players from signing autographs after that time. The Texas Rangers ask that anyone seeking autographs show consideration for guests possessing tickets in these seating areas.

AUTOMOTIVE ASSISTANCE
In the unfortunate event that a guest locks his/her keys in their car, the Rangers have a locksmith service that remains on the premises until 1 hour after each home game. The cost of this service is $25.00. The Rangers courtesy cart can aid guests that experience problems with dead batteries and empty fuel tanks. There is no charge for this service. Guests requiring either locksmith or courtesy cart services must contact the nearest Rangers Ballpark staff member.

BANNERS
Banners may be hung in Rangers Ballpark as long as they do not interfere with the game in progress or obstruct the view of other guests. Banners may not contain political or commercial messages and must be in good taste and in keeping with the family atmosphere at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. Banners may not be offensive or meant to intimidate any person or group at Rangers Ballpark. If necessary, banners may be removed at the discretion of Texas Rangers management.

BIRTHDAY AND ANNIVERSARY MESSAGES
Birthdays and anniversaries are recognized live during each home game on the Video Board during the Dr Pepper Birthday and Anniversary Parade. Names may also be displayed on the Center Field Message Board. There is a fee for inclusion and space is limited. For information, call 972-RANGERS, ext. 3, or stop by the Promotions Kiosk at Section 30. Advance purchase is suggested.

BIRTHDAY BASH
You and your party of 10 or more will be the special guests of the Texas Rangers when you host your very own birthday bash at a Rangers game. Everyone at the birthday party will receive a game ticket, $5 in food and beverage vouchers good at concession stands, and $6 in Coca-Cola Sports Park tokens. BROADCASTS
All Texas Rangers regular season games are broadcast in English on KRLD 1080 AM radio as well as in Spanish on Univision Radio, KFLC 1270 AM. The following television stations have broadcasted Texas Rangers games during past seasons: my27, KDFW-FOX 4, FOX Sports Net Southwest, FOX Network, and ESPN. CAMERA AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Cameras and video equipment are permitted in Rangers Ballpark. However, flash photography, video reproductions and equipment that might interfere with another guest's enjoyment of the game are prohibited.

CAMPS AND CLINICS
The Texas Rangers Baseball Camps are offering an array of baseball camps during the 2008 season. The camps instructions include hitting, pitching, fielding, base running and much more. Instructors include former Major League players, college coaches and college players. For additional information, please call (817) 273-5297.

CASEY'S CORNER
Casey's Corner, a nightly suite in right field, accommodates groups of 50 to 100. In addition, Casey's Corner is made available to individual ticket purchasers for $75 per ticket (including food and beverage package) three weeks prior to select games for which it is not reserved. For information on renting Casey's Corner as a nightly suite rental or purchasing individual game tickets for select games call 972-RANGERS, ext. 3.

CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS/DONATIONS
The Texas Rangers have established a donation program to assist with the fundraising efforts of non-profit organizations. Donations include souvenirs, tickets and autographed items and may be used in auctions, raffles, or as incentives. All donation requests must be made in writing on the non-profit organization's letterhead and should state the purpose, date of event, as well as the benefactor of the donation to: Texas Rangers Community Relations/Donations, P.O. Box 90111, Arlington, TX 76004-3111. Requests are requested six weeks prior to the event. Fans should understand that every request will be considered, but due to the volume of requests, not every one can be handled.

CHILDREN'S TICKETS
Children 13 years of age or younger receive tickets in the Upper Reserved, Grandstand Reserved and Bleacher sections at a reduced rate. Children under 36 inches are admitted free of charge and must occupy a parent's lap.

COCA-COLA SPORTS PARK
The Coca-Cola Sports Park is a fan interactive area located in Vandergriff Plaza in Center Field. The interactive area includes a Wiffle Ball Park, Ring-A-Coke, Tee-Ball Cages, Speed Pitch, Temporary Tattoos, Picnic Tables, and Cooling Misters. Token machines are located in the park, and age restrictions apply to some activities. The Coca-Cola Sports Park opens 2 hours prior to game time and remains open through the middle of the 7th inning during April, May, and September games and through the bottom of the 9th inning during June, July, and August games.

CONCESSIONS STANDS
There are over 100 fixed and portable concession stands on three concourses. Operated by Sportservice, one of the largest concessionaires in baseball, concession stands offer a wide variety of food including hot dogs, peanuts, popcorn, soft drinks, pizza, nachos, burgers, smoked sausage, barbecue, ice cream, and desserts. Major credit cards are accepted at all concession stands.

CONTAINER POLICY/ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
No metal cans, glass containers, or alcoholic beverages may be carried into the stadium. No coolers, backpacks, or oversize bags allowed. All carry bags and purses must be 12"x12"x6" or smaller, and will be searched by ballpark staff.

THE CORNER CLUBS
The Corner Clubs are private indoor grills located behind the seats in Sections 240 and 241 on the Lexus Club Level. These private areas may be utilized for group hospitality in conjunction with seats in the Lexus Club Terrace. For package pricing, call 972-RANGERS, ext. 3.

CUERVO CLUB/ASHLEY FURNITURE HOMESTORE® LOUNGE
The Cuervo Club is a fully air-conditioned private club located on the Mezzanine Level at the Home Plate entrance of Rangers Ballpark. Admittance to the Cuervo Club is by the specially designated game ticket or by guest pass. The club is open two hours prior to game time and at least one hour post-game. There will be food and beverage available for purchase before and during the games. The Cuervo Club is also available on non-game-days for private events. The Ashley Furniture HomeStore® Lounge offers 72 soft leather recliners in the front section of the Cuervo Club and features a complimentary food buffet and in-seat beverage service. DESIGNATED DRIVERS - GOOD SPORT PROGRAM
Fans 21 years or older, with a valid driver's license, may sign a pledge card agreeing not to drink alcoholic beverages during the game and accepting responsibility for driving the other members of their group home safely. Pledge cards are available at Guest Relations. Guests completing these cards are entered into a drawing for free Texas Rangers merchandise.

THE DIAMOND CLUB
All fans with a game ticket may enjoy the spectacular view of the field from the air-conditioned Diamond Club, located above section 5 from the main concourse. The Diamond Club offers an all you can eat buffet, opens two hours prior to the game, and closes one hour after the game starts. Call (817) 795-9006, ext.2034 for information.

DR PEPPER YOUTH BALLPARK
The Dr Pepper Youth Ballpark is a state-of-the-art baseball facility located directly north of Ranger Ballpark in Arlington. This replica of Rangers Ballpark in Arlington is perfect for birthday parties, corporate group outings, or any special event. It is equipped with a fully staffed concession stand, clubhouse, electronic scoreboard, public address system, and field lights. The Dr Pepper Youth Ballpark can be rented any day/time during the week and is also the site of Spring/Fall baseball tournaments. For additional information, please call (817) 273-5297.

DR PEPPER JR. RANGERS
Rangers Captain invites all fans 13 and under to join the Dr Pepper Jr. Rangers - the official kids fan club of the Texas Rangers. Members receive a package full of goodies, free tickets, invitations to special Saturday programs with players and lots of other cool stuff. ELEVATORS
For the convenience of suite patrons and guests with special needs, Rangers Ballpark has several elevators. The elevator for suite patrons is located at Section 25 along the Main Concourse. Guests with special needs may utilize one of the following elevators:
Upper Level Access - First Base Gate Elevator or Third Base Gate Elevator
Access to Sections 112-125 - Suite Elevator at Section 25
Access to Sections 127-139 or 201-245 - Media Elevator at Section 27
Access to Sections 246-252 - Right Field Elevator at Section 44

EMERGENCY PHONE CALLS
As a special service, guests expecting emergency phone calls may leave their seat locations at the Guest Relations office behind home plate. If a call is received, a representative will be dispatched to the guest's seat with the message. Public address or scoreboard paging is not permitted.

ESCALATORS
Escalators are located behind home plate and along the first and third base sides of each concourse. One home plate escalator always runs down. The other home plate escalator runs up until the last out when it begins traveling downward. First and third base escalators run upward until traffic begins to exit Rangers Ballpark when they both turn to the downward position, no earlier than the eighth inning. Upper Level guests are instructed to use the home plate escalators to exit, and Lexus Club Level guests use first and third base escalators.

EXITING AFTER THE GAME
Following the game, guests are asked to exit Rangers Ballpark through designated entrances and exits. During the game, guests are permitted to leave Rangers Ballpark and return provided they present their ticket stub. Guests need to have their tickets scanned by a customer service representative to be allowed re-entry.

FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
1. We encourage everyone to cheer for his or her favorite team and players, but do so in a manner as to not detract from another fan's enjoyment of the game.
2. Consume alcohol responsibly: any intoxicated person or person under the age of 21 years old in possession of alcoholic beverages regardless of how they obtained the beverages are subject to ejection without refund and arrest by the Arlington Police Department.
3. Any person entering onto the playing field will be immediately ejected from the stadium without refund, and arrested by the Arlington Police Department.
4. Any person throwing any item, or attempting to distract a player with a laser pointer, light or any other item will be immediately ejected from the stadium without refund, and subject to arrest by the Arlington Police Department.
5. Any guest encountering difficulties with any other guest is encouraged to notify any representative of Rangers Ballpark in Arlington.
6. No metal cans, glass containers, or alcoholic beverages may be carried into the stadium. No coolers, backpacks, or oversize bags allowed. All carry bags and purses must be 12"x12"x6" or smaller, and will be searched by ballpark staff.

8. Smoking is not permitted in the seating bowl, the Lexus Club Level, the suites area, or on the Concourse behind Section 44 - past the Visitors Bullpen (Coca Cola Cool Zone), but guests may smoke at designated areas near the outer perimeter of the first level, and the upper concourse.
9. Any person using obscene, profane, or offensive language may be ejected without refund.
10. Fans will refrain from displays of affection not appropriate in a family setting.
11. Any person wearing clothing with language, graphics, or revealing parts of their body that may be offensive to another guest may be denied entry into the stadium, or ejected from the stadium without refund.
12. Persons entering the stadium without a ticket or occupying a seat for which they do not hold a ticket may be ejected without refund.

FAN MAIL
The Rangers do not provide autographed pictures, postcards, baseballs, cards, or other items, but you are welcome to write each player individually to request an autograph. Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope along with the item that you would like autographed. Address your request directly to the player at: Texas Rangers, P.O. Box 90111, Arlington, Texas, 76004-3111. The Rangers are not responsible for any items sent directly to players.

FIRST AID
First aid rooms are located on the third base side of the Main Concourse near Section 5 and on the third base side of the Lexus Club Level near Section 208. Emergency medical personnel, nurses and medics are on duty at each event.

FOUL BALLS
Guests may keep any baseball hit into the stands. Please be courteous to other guests when attempting to catch a foul ball. Major League Baseball rules prohibit guests from interfering with a ball hit into the field of play. Guests who fail to comply with these rules could face immediate ejection from Rangers Ballpark. Texas Rangers management cannot assist with the autographing of foul balls.

FUNDRAISING WITH THE TEXAS RANGERS
The Rangers Fundraising Program allows your school, club, or youth/civic organization to sell tickets to generate funds for your special program. For more information, contact the Rangers Group Sales department at 972-RANGERS, ext. 3.

GATES OPEN
First and Third Base Gates open two hours prior to game time for night games and one and one-half hours prior to game time for afternoon games. Home Plate and Center Field Gates at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington open one and one-half hours prior to game time for all games. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to watch batting practice, infield workouts, and pre-game ceremonies. Gate openings are subject to change.

GROUP TICKETS
Groups of 20 or more can be accommodated with great pricing, seat locations and hospitality venues. Groups are great for youth groups, corporate picnics, employee recognition and more. For more information, call 972-RANGERS, ext. 3.

GUEST RELATIONS OFFICE
Guest Relations is located along the Main Concourse behind home plate. This personal service center operates from the time Rangers Ballpark in Arlington opens until one hour after the end of the game. Here, guests may obtain information and assistance, offer suggestions, and receive help with any problems during their visit. For information, call (817) 273-5009. LEXUS CLUB LEVEL
This premium seating area has wider seats (22"), more leg room, as well as individual wait service for Sections 217-235. The Lexus Club Level, with its white paneling and black and white tiled floors, stretches around the entire length of the seating bowl with access to both the Lower and Upper Suite Levels. Smoking in not permitted on the Lexus Club Level.

LEGENDS OF THE GAME MUSEUM & LEARNING CENTER
Celebrate America's Pastime in one of the nation's premier sports museums! The Museum, located in Rangers Ballpark behind Home Run Porch, exhibits historic baseball artifacts from the National Baseball Hall of Fame, presents outstanding temporary exhibitions, and offers innovative children's and family programs. The interactive Learning Center allows visitors to examine the inside of a 4-foot baseball, predict the trajectory of a pitch on a windy day, and catch a curve ball from Nolan Ryan. Batty at the Ballpark

Do you have a "little legend" in the making? Bring your 3-5 year old to the Museum for a fun-filled journey into the magical world of baseball! Sleepovers
One of the most popular overnight programs in the Metroplex, Legends of the Game sleepovers include an evening full of baseball activities. Participants hit and pitch in the Rangers' batting cages, learn about teamwork, sportsmanship, and proper stretching, and complete a baseball-related craft. The evening winds down with a light snack and a baseball movie. In the morning, overnighters are treated to a tour of Ameriquest Filed and a walk around the warning track. The program is designed for children in grades 1-5 and is great for scouts, church youth groups, ball teams, or any group just wanting to get together and have a great time in a great facility! Tours
Guests are invited to see what the field looks like from the players' perspective while sitting in the Rangers dugout, experience the excitement (and air-conditioned comfort) of the press box, visit the Owner's Suite, and wave to the "crowd" from the top of the dugout steps. LOST AND FOUND
During all Rangers Ballpark events found items will be immediately taken to the Guest Relations office. After each game, all items are stored for safe keeping by Rangers Ballpark Security. To claim a lost article, visit the Guest Relations office or call (817) 273-5066.

LOST CHILDREN
The Rangers suggest that a parent/guardian place a ticket stub inside a child's pocket or sock to assist Rangers Ballpark staff in locating a child's group in the event of separation. Separated children and parents should contact the nearest Rangers Ballpark employee or go to the Guest Relations office, located behind home plate on the Main Concourse.

The Majestic Grand Slam Shop, located in Center Field, is open year round and carries the largest selection of Rangers merchandise, novelties and licensed MLB apparel. During games, the Majestic Grand Slam Shop is accessible from Vandergriff Plaza. The following gift shops are also open: Authentic Collection Clubhouse across Vandergriff Plaza, Timeless Treasures behind Lower Home Run Porch, New Era Cap Corner behind Section 40, Reebok Dugout Shop behind home plate and the Twins store on the 300 level behind home plate. Merchandise stands throughout Rangers Ballpark also offer jerseys, t-shirts, caps, trading cards and more.

OFFICE BUILDING
One of the signature features of Rangers Ballpark in Arlington is the four-story office building that encloses the structure from left center to right center fields. The office building has approximately 34,000 square feet on each level. The first floor includes retail shops, ticket sales, the second and third floors are leased for commercial office space, and the Rangers' executive offices occupy the fourth floor. The side of the building facing the playing field consists of floor to ceiling glass on each floor with balconies stretching the entire length of the structure on the top three levels. Steel trusses also adorn the building. The roof of the office building contains a total of eight ad panels around the center field scoreboard.

Per Major League Baseball rules, only authorized personnel will be permitted on the field before, during or after the game. Any unauthorized person on the field will be removed from Rangers Ballpark and prosecuted.

PARKING
Multiple parking lots surround Rangers Ballpark in Arlington providing convenient access from major highways. General Parking is available for $12 and primarily located on the north and east sides of the ballpark. General parking passes are available for advance purchase online. Lexus Valet Parking is available for every game on the east and north sides of Rangers Ballpark at a cost of $30, and may be purchased in advance by calling 972-RANGERS x1. Bus Parking is designated on the east side of the ballpark for $40, and handicapped parking is available in select lots. Reserved season parking areas and regular season parking areas serve suite holders and season ticket holders. For special parking packages or needs, call 817-273-5131.

PARTY FACILITIES
At Rangers Ballpark, a number of options are available for entertaining groups up to 1,200+ people. A variety of facilities exist allowing you to choose the best location to accommodate your group with a pre-game meal and outdoor seating, or a private gathering in one of our air-conditioned party suites. PICNIC AREAS
Choose from any of the five great venues located inside Rangers Ballpark for company picnics and special events. Some include television monitors, fans and partial shelter from weather. The Rangers can accommodate picnics from 50 to 5,000+. To make a reservation, call 972-RANGERS, ext. 3.

PROMOTIONS
The Texas Rangers offer a variety of cool giveaways for fans attending designated home games. Please note that age and quantity limitations are applicable on some promotions. Promotional giveaways are distributed one per person attending with a valid game ticket. The Promotions Schedule is subject to change. RAINOUT POLCIY
If a game is postponed due to inclement weather conditions, please hold onto your ticket. You will need your ticket for access to the rainout makeup or to exchange for a future date. For a full explanation of what happens when a game is postponed, please visit the Rainout Policy page.

RAWLINGS ALL AMERICAN GRILLETM
Rawlings All American GrilleTM includes seating for 475 patrons, including 166 on the glass, overlooking the playing field, three bar areas, and sports programming on over 100 televisions, including several big screens. Special ticket packages with food and beverage are available for all Rangers home games, and private banquet and meeting rooms accommodate up to 100. RANGERS CAPTAIN
Rangers Captain is the official team mascot of the Texas Rangers! It is always a surprise where this furry leader of the Rangers will appear, but fans can catch him for a picture or autograph at each home game. Rangers Captain is also available for appearances. All Texas Rangers games are broadcast on KRLD 1080 AM radio as well as Univision Radio, KFLC 1270 AM. Check local listings for the Spanish radio carrier on a particular day.

RESALE OF TICKETS
By City of Arlington ordinance, the resale of tickets is not permitted within the Arlington Entertainment District. This includes Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, as well as all surrounding grounds and parking areas. Tickets maybe resold online through StubHub (Coming Soon!), the official Fan to Fan ticket marketplace for the Texas Rangers.

RESTROOMS/WATER/TELEPHONES
Spacious restrooms, water fountains, and courtesy phones are located on all levels of Rangers Ballpark. Diaper-changing areas are available in both women's and men's restrooms.

SHUTTLE
Shuttle pick up locations for patrons parking in remote areas of Rangers Ballpark are located on the corner of Nolan Ryan Expressway and Road to Six Flags and on Copeland Road near Lot F. There are two Shuttle drop off locations - Third Base Gate and Home Plate Gate. Please see parking map. The Shuttle runs three hours pre-game, and two hours post-game.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted in the seating bowl, the Lexus Club Level, suites area, or on the Concourse behind Section 44 - past the Visitors Bullpen (Coca-Cola Sports Park), but guests may smoke at designated areas near the outer perimeter of the first level, and upper the concourse.

SPECIAL SERVICES
Rangers Ballpark in Arlington is designed to provide easy access for everyone, including physically-challenged guests. Wheelchair assistance is available by contacting Guest Relations, asking any staff members to contact Guest Relations or by calling (817) 273-5009. This service will transport guests from any corner of Rangers Ballpark to any seating location. Post-game assistance is also available. Guests requiring further assistance to the parking areas of Rangers Ballpark may be aided by the Rangers courtesy cart. This service may also be obtained by notifying any staff member. More information on equal access seating, elevators, accessible parking, and wheelchair availability may be obtained at Guest Relations or by calling (817) 273-5131 during normal business hours.

SUITES
A suite rental is the perfect solution for client entertainment, special events, meetings, birthday parties, reward programs and business incentives. Suites are available to accommodate any size group and include food and beverage packages/credits, parking passes and game programs. TAILGATE PARTIES
Tailgate parties are permitted in the parking lots of Rangers Ballpark as long as such festivities do not interfere with normal parking procedures or extend into additional spaces. Use of an open flame for cooking or other purposes is prohibited. Outside food companies (other than Sportservice) are not permitted to cater tailgate parties. Please call Sportservice at (817) 795-8661 for more information. Parking lots open three hours prior to game time (parking lot opening times are subject to change).

TAXI SERVICE
Guests in need of transportation will find taxis located outside the Third Base Entrance, inside Lot K after each home game. The Third Base Entrance is located at Ballpark Way and Road to Six Flags on the east side of Rangers Ballpark.

TICKETS
During the regular season, tickets for all Texas Rangers home games may be purchased by calling 972-RANGERS, online at texasrangers.com, or in person at a Ticket Office or Ticket Kiosk. All phone and internet orders are subject to a ticket service charge and handling fee. Individual ticket mail order forms may be obtained by calling 972-RANGERS or by writing: Texas Rangers Ticket Office, P.O. Box 90111, Arlington, TX 76004-3111. Children 13 years of age or younger are eligible for reduced price tickets in certain areas of Rangers Ballpark in Arlington (View seating diagram »), and children under 36 inches tall may be admitted free of charge, but must occupy a ticket holder's lap.

Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Saturday, 10:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
Sunday 12:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m.
9:00 a.m. until two hours after the start of the game
Except for days with Sunday night games when the ticket office opens at 12:00 p.m.

TEXAS RANGERS BASEBALL HALL OF FAME
The Texas Rangers Baseball Hall of Fame honors individuals who made great contributions to Texas Rangers Baseball. Fans are invited to cast their votes at ballot boxes throughout the concourse and Hall of Fame and Promotions kiosks from April 11th through May 29th. Fans are invited to view the plaques of previous inductees located along the Third Base Concourse. Online voting is available at texasrangers.com.

TELEVISION BROADCAST

VANDERGRIFF PLAZA
This plaza is named after former Arlington Mayor Tom Vandergriff who was instrumental in bringing the Rangers franchise to Texas. A statue honoring his work was erected in 1997 and greets fans as they enter this area. Another statue was also erected in 1997 - that of Hall of Famer Nolan Ryan. Mr. Ryan sits atop a marble pitching mound and is encircled by another marble ring which details many of his Major League achievements.

VIDEO & MESSAGE BOARDS
The videoboard, located above Upper Home Run Porch at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, is used to show replays and highlights of game action and specially-produced entertainment segments. Statistical information and news about the Texas Rangers and other major league teams will appear on the message board in Center Field and on the sports ticker below the Bullpen Grill in Left Field. Out-of-town scores appear on the manual scoreboard which forms a part of the Left Field wall.

WALK OF FAME
The Walk of Fame is a brick walk on the north and west perimeters of Rangers Ballpark divided into panels for each year beginning in 1972 and ending in 2000.

Fans can pick up their will call tickets at any open ticket window at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. Fans that purchase tickets will receive a confirmation number. To pick up tickets at any box office, fans will need to bring the confirmation number or the credit card number used at the time of purchase and a valid photo ID.
*This benefit is only available when tickets are purchased online at texasrangers.com or on the phone with a Rangers representative.

WILL CALL
The designated Will Call only windows at the Ticket Office are reserved for customers that would like to drop off tickets for someone in their party. Fans that purchase tickets from a location other than texasrangers.com or on the phone with a Rangers representative can pick up their tickets at the Will Call only windows at the Ticket Office.
