ACCESSIBLE SEATING FOR GUESTS WITH MOBILITY IMPAIRMENTS
Rangers Ballpark provides seats that are accessible to guests who use wheelchairs. These spaces are located within each price level, and are generally depicted on the seating diagram. In addition, the accessible seating areas include companion seats which allow guests using wheelchairs to sit with friends or family members. Wheelchair assistance is available by contacting Guest Relations, by asking any staff member to contact Guest Relations, or by calling 817-273-5009. This service will transport guests from any corner of Rangers Ballpark to any seating location. Post-game assistance is also available. Guests requiring further assistance to the parking areas of Rangers Ballpark may be aided by the Rangers courtesy cart.
ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
The Texas Rangers are committed to ensuring that guests with disabilities are provided with equal access to all programs, services, and facilities offered at Rangers Ballpark. In addition to providing accessible seating and assistive listening devices, Rangers Ballpark provides specially-designed restrooms, ticket windows, and concession stands to allow access to each of these areas. The Rangers are also happy to make reasonable accommodations and modifications to their existing policies to ensure equal access to all guests. ALCOHOL SALES AND NON-ALCOHOL SECTION
Section 335 has been designated as a non-alcohol section at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. Sales and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in this section. Alcohol sales will be discontinued in all seating areas after the 7th inning and at concession stands after the 8th inning or two and one-half hours subsequent to the start of a single game, whichever occurs first. Sales may also be discontinued earlier, and in specific areas if necessary, at the discretion of Rangers management. Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) prohibits alcohol from being brought into or out of Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. TABC regulations also prohibit alcoholic beverages from being brought into or taken from the suite levels and Corner Clubs (enclosed concession areas behind Sections 211 and 241), as these areas are licensed for mixed beverage sales. Beer or wine purchased on the Lower, Lexus Club, and Upper Levels may move freely between those levels, except into the mixed beverage permitted areas. The Texas Rangers remind guests to drink responsibly.
ALL YOU CAN EAT SEATS
The Texas Rangers offer All You Can Eat Seats in the Upper Home Run Porch for every regular season game. Each ticket includes unlimited grilled chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, nachos, peanuts, popcorn, and soft drinks, served in the air-conditioned grill behind the Upper Home Run Porch. Food service begins when the ballpark gates open and ends two hours after the scheduled game time. The All You Can Eat area in the grill and bar behind the Upper Home Run Porch has multiple seating areas, including tables and seats on the glass overlooking the playing field, three bar areas, and sports programming on over 100 televisions including several big screens.
Animals are not permitted into Rangers Ballpark with the exception of service animals trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of a guest with a disability and for Bark in the Park, presented by Natural Balance and Petco, on Thursday, May 2, 2013, when the Rangers host the White Sox at 7:05 p.m.

AUTOGRAPHS
Guests may seek autographs from players and coaches from the time the gates open until 45 minutes prior to the start of each game. Major League Baseball rules prohibit players from signing autographs after that time. The Texas Rangers ask that anyone seeking autographs show consideration for guests possessing tickets in these seating areas.
AUTOMOTIVE ASSISTANCE
In the unfortunate event that a guest locks his/her keys in their car, the Rangers have a locksmith service that remains on the premises until 1 hour after most home games. The cost of this service is $25 (cash only). Locksmith service is subject to availability.
The Rangers courtesy cart can aid guests that experience problems with dead batteries. There is no charge for this service. Guests requiring either locksmith or courtesy cart services must contact the nearest Rangers Ballpark staff member.

Banners may be hung in Rangers Ballpark as long as they do not interfere with the game in progress or obstruct the view of other guests. Most Texas Rangers games are broadcast in English on ESPN Radio 103.3 FM. Due to contractual conflicts, a few games will be carried on KSKY 660 AM. Regular season games will be carried in Spanish primarily on ESPN Deportes 1540 AM. On television, FOX Sports Southwest will carry most Rangers telecasts. TXA 21 will air all Friday night games in DFW. As part of national broadcast agreements, FOX Network will carry some Saturday games, and ESPN will carry some Sunday night games. The Budweiser Bowtie in Vandergriff Plaza features four full-service concession stands (American Dog, Ryan Express, Smokehouse 557, and Taqueria), seating clusters, and a large video board mounted on the back of the Batter's Eye Club. Near Vandergriff Plaza and adjacent to the Majestic Grand Slam Gift Shop, a new Centerfield Market concession area features hand-dipped Blue Bell Ice Cream, Icee Mix it Up, fruit, and healthy choice menu items.
Cameras and video equipment are permitted in Rangers Ballpark. However, flash photography, video reproductions, and equipment that might interfere with another guest's enjoyment of the game are prohibited.
CAMPS AND CLINICS

The Rangers are pleased to introduce the newly-renovated Capital One Club for the 2013 season in the space that formerly housed the Cuervo Club. The club is expanding from 8,100 square feet to 9,100 square feet and provides an improved view of the field as the front glass will extend an additional 100 linear feet. Season ticket holders with seats in VIP and Premium Home Plate Seats, Premium Dugout, VIP Infield, and Long-Term Suites will have game-long access to the Capital One Club. A full buffet will be served from the time gates open through the third inning. Beginning in the 4th inning, the club will convert to bar service with a mini buffet and open to season ticket holders with seats in Premium Infield, Lower Infield, Lexus Club Infield, and Lexus Club Box. CAPTAIN MORGAN CLUB
The lower portion of the office building behind the left-center field seats is home to the Captain Morgan Club, a restaurant and sports bar. The two-level facility overlooks the playing field and is open to all fans with tickets before, during, and after Rangers home games. A full a la carte menu is offered including burgers, salads, sandwiches, and BBQ fare. FOX Sports Southwest has studio space on the second floor, and ESPN Radio often carries live broadcasts from the club. The Texas Rangers have established a donation program to assist with the fundraising efforts of non-profit organizations. Donations include souvenirs, tickets, and autographed items that may be used in auctions, raffles, or as incentives.

There are over 100 fixed and portable concession stands on three concourses operated by Sportservice, one of the largest concessionaires in baseball. A wide variety of food is offered including hot dogs, peanuts, popcorn, soft drinks, pizza, nachos, burgers, smoked sausage, barbecue, ice cream, and desserts. Major credit cards are accepted at all concession stands and a majority of portables.
CONTAINER POLICY/ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
No metal cans, glass containers or alcoholic beverages may be carried into the ballpark. In addition, no hard coolers, backpacks, or oversized bags will be admitted. Only soft-sided, collapsible coolers without plastic inserts are allowed (liners must be removable). All bags and purses must be 16x16x8 or smaller and are subject to search by ballpark staff.
THE CORNER CLUBS

THE DIAMOND CLUB
New for 2013, The Diamond Club will be converted into an exclusive Season Ticket Holder Club. Full and Half Season ticket holders will have access to this area from the time gates open through the end of the game. Prior to games, fans may be dropped off in the protected lane on the north side of the ballpark between Home Plate and Third Base Gates on Road to Six Flags. Following the game, all vehicles picking up at this location must be attended while they are waiting for their guest(s) to arrive. Fans may not be dropped off on any other road or intersection around Rangers Ballpark.
For the convenience of suite patrons and guests with special needs, Rangers Ballpark has several elevators. The elevator for suite patrons is located at Section 25 along the Main Concourse. Guests with special needs may utilize one of the following elevators:

Escalators are located behind home plate and along the first and third base sides of each concourse. One home plate escalator always runs down. The other home plate escalator runs up until the last out when it begins traveling downward. First and third base escalators run upward until traffic begins to exit Rangers Ballpark, but no earlier than the eighth inning, at which time they both turn to the downward position. Upper Level guests are instructed to use the home plate escalators to exit, and Lexus Club Level guests use first and third base escalators.
EXITING AFTER THE GAME
Following the game, guests are asked to exit Rangers Ballpark through designated entrances and exits. During the game, guests are permitted to leave Rangers Ballpark and return provided they present their ticket stub. Guests need to have their tickets scanned by a customer service representative to be allowed re-entry.
We encourage everyone to cheer for his or her favorite team and players but do so in a manner as to not detract from another fan's enjoyment of the game.
Consume alcohol responsibly: any intoxicated person or person under the age of 21 years old in possession of alcoholic beverages regardless of how they obtained the beverages are subject to ejection without refund and arrest by the Arlington Police Department.
Any person entering onto the playing field may be immediately ejected from the stadium without refund and arrested by the Arlington Police Department.
Any person throwing any item or attempting to distract a player with a laser pointer, light, or any other item may be immediately ejected from the stadium without refund and subject to arrest by the Arlington Police Department.
Any guest encountering difficulties with any other guest is encouraged to notify any representative of Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. Guest Assist allows text message communication between fans and facility operations. If a ballpark guest is in need of assistance, they may use their mobile phone to text REPORT to 78247. The request is received by the Command Center, and Rangers personnel are able to respond immediately to diagnose the problem and dispatch security or medical staff to the guest's location, as needed. The system is NOT for ordering food and beverages.
No weapons including, but not limited to, firearms and knives with blades over 5 ½ inches, laser pointers, metal cans, glass containers, or alcoholic beverages may be carried into the ballpark. Guests may smoke at designated areas near the outer perimeter of the main concourse and on the upper concourse. Additional smoking areas are located on the first and third base ramps below the Lexus Club Level concourse.
Any person using obscene, profane, or offensive language may be ejected without refund.
Fans will refrain from displays of affection not appropriate in a family setting.
Any person wearing clothing with language, graphics, or revealing parts of their body that may be offensive to another guest may be denied entry into the stadium or ejected from the stadium without refund.
Persons entering the stadium without a ticket or occupying a seat for which they do not hold a ticket may be ejected without refund.
FAN MAIL
The Rangers do not provide autographed pictures, postcards, baseballs, cards or other items, but you are welcome to write each player individually to request an autograph. Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope along with the item that you would like autographed. Address your request directly to the player at: Texas Rangers, P.O. Box 90111, Arlington, Texas, 76004-3111. The Rangers are not responsible for any items sent directly to players.
FIRST AID
First aid rooms are located on the third base side of the Main Concourse near Section 5 and on the third base side of the Lexus Club Level near Section 208. Emergency medical personnel, nurses and medics are on duty at each event.
FOUL BALLS
Guests may keep any baseball hit into the stands. Please be courteous to other guests when attempting to catch a foul ball. Major League Baseball rules prohibit guests from interfering with a ball hit into the field of play. Guests who fail to comply with these rules could face immediate ejection from Rangers Ballpark. Texas Rangers management cannot assist with the autographing of foul balls.
FUNDRAISING WITH THE TEXAS RANGERS
The Rangers Fundraising Program allows your school, club, or youth/civic organization to sell tickets to generate funds for your special program. For more information, contact the Rangers Group Sales department at 972-RANGERS x3.
First and Third Base Gates open two hours prior to game time for night games and one and one-half hours prior to game time for afternoon games. Home Plate and Center Field Gates at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington open one and one-half hours prior to game time for all games. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to watch batting practice, infield workouts, and pre-game ceremonies. Gate openings are subject to change.
GIVEAWAYS/PROMOTIONS

Look for designated recycling receptacles scattered throughout the concourse to recycle your plastic and aluminum bottles. Recycling containers are also available in each suite. The Texas Rangers fully recycle aluminum, plastic, cardboard, grass clippings, and many other products.

Housed on the first floor of the office building in left-center field behind Vandergriff Plaza, the Kids Zone features interactive areas for both big and small kids, video games, kids concessions and kid-size Rangers merchandise. Big kids will have fun climbing, sliding, and jumping, and little kids will enjoy stacking boxes, turning the windmill, and appearances from Rangers Captain. Both will enjoy the air-conditioned comfort, and the whole family will appreciate restrooms located within the Kids Zone, including a family restroom. The Kids Zone is open during all Rangers home games. The area is also available for special event rental on non-game days.
This premium seating area has wider seats (22"), more leg room, as well as individual wait service for Sections 217-235. The Lexus Club Level, with its white paneling and black and white tiled floors, stretches around the entire length of the seating bowl with access to both the Lower and Upper Suite Levels. Smoking in not permitted on the Lexus Club Level.
Rangers Ballpark in Arlington offers in-seat service to guests sitting on the Lexus Club Level in sections 217 through 235. Guests are provided a limited menu to order from which includes ballpark favorites like hot dogs, hamburgers, ice cream, soft drinks, beer, mixed drinks, and wine along with specialty items that are not offered anywhere else in the ballpark like chicken quesadillas and beef soft tacos. There are also items on the menu specific for kids. Also, there are monthly specials which feature a limited time entree. Cash and credit cards are processed at the convenience of the guest not having to ever leave their seat to missing any action. Menus are subject to change.

The Rangers suggest that a parent/guardian place a ticket stub inside a child's pocket or sock to assist Rangers Ballpark staff in locating a child's group in the event of separation. A statue of Nolan Ryan, Hall of Famer and current President and CEO of the Texas Rangers, was erected in 1997. The statue, located in The Budweiser Bowtie at Vandergriff Plaza, sits atop an Oklahoma Flagstone pitching mound and is encircled by a marble ring detailing many of his Major League achievements.

For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, noisemakers of any type (drums, horns, plastic vuvuzela horns, etc.) are prohibited at Rangers Ballpark.
NON-ALCOHOL SECTION AND BEER SALES
Section 335 has been designated as a non-alcohol section at Rangers Ballpark. Sales and consumption of beer are strictly prohibited in this section. Beer sales will be discontinued in all seating areas after the 7th inning and at concession stands after the 8th inning or two and one-half hours subsequent to the start of a single game, whichever occurs first. Sales may also be discontinued earlier, and in specific areas if necessary, at the discretion of Texas Rangers management. Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission (TABC) prohibits alcohol being brought into or out of Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. The Texas Rangers remind guests to drink responsibly.
One of the signature features of Rangers Ballpark in Arlington is the four-story office building that encloses the structure from left center to right center fields. The office building has approximately 34,000 square feet on each level. The first floor includes retail shops, Kids Zone, Captain Morgan Club, the second and third floors are leased for commercial office space, and the Rangers' executive offices occupy the fourth floor. The side of the building facing the playing field consists of floor to ceiling glass on each floor with balconies stretching the entire length of the structure on the top three levels. Steel trusses also adorn the building. The roof of the office building contains a total of eight ad panels around the center field scoreboard.

Per Major League Baseball rules, only authorized personnel will be permitted on the field before, during or after the game. Any unauthorized person on the field will be removed from Rangers Ballpark and prosecuted.

A full-size bronze statue honoring the memory of Shannon Stone was dedicated in April 2012. The statue, which is entitled Rangers Fans, depicts Mr. Stone and his six-year-old son Cooper attending a Rangers game. Created by renowned Western artist Bruce Greene, the statue is located outside the Home Plate Gate. Shannon Stone is the Brownwood, Texas firefighter who passed away from injuries suffered in a tragic accident on July 7, 2011, at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington.
RADIO BROADCASTS
Most Texas Rangers games are broadcast in English on ESPN Radio 103.3 FM. Due to contractual conflicts, a few games will be carried on KSKY 660 AM. Regular season games will be carried in Spanish primarily on ESPN Deportes 1540 AM.
By City of Arlington ordinance, the resale of tickets is not permitted within the Arlington Entertainment District. This includes Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, as well as all surrounding grounds and parking areas.
Restrooms, water fountains, and courtesy phones are located on all levels of Rangers Ballpark. Diaper-changing areas are available in both women's and men's restrooms. A family restroom is located in the Kids Zone behind Vandergriff Plaza in center field.
Two shuttle routes serve patrons parking in lots north of Rangers Ballpark. The red shuttle route stops at the corner of Nolan Ryan Expressway and Road to Six Flags and serves Lots G and N on Legends Way. The blue shuttle route serves fans parking in Lot F with pickups from the west on Legends Way and east on Convention Center Drive. All shuttles stop at Home Plate Gate. Shuttles run three hours pre-game and two hours post-game. Please see the parking map for exact locations.
Smoking is not permitted in the seating bowl, the Lexus Club Level, the suite level, or on the Main Concourse including behind the outfield from Section 44 in right field past the Visitors Bullpen in left field. Guests may smoke at designated areas near the outer perimeter of the main concourse and on the upper concourse. Additional smoking areas are located on the first and third base ramps below the Lexus Club Level concourse.

SUITES
On game days and dates of public events, suite holders will have access to their suites as soon as Rangers Ballpark gates open to the public. Suite holders may remain in their suites for a maximum of 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game or other event. The suites are locked when not in use and following all events. Access to the suite level on event days is restricted to suite holders and their ticketed guests only. Full and half season suite holders can bring in grocery store purchased items such as snacks, homemade foods, and sodas, water, and/or juices, but these items must be in the suite prior to public gates opening. This policy is strictly enforced. To schedule a time to bring in permitted items, please call a suite coordinator at 817-273-5279. Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) prohibits alcohol being brought into or out of Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. Bringing alcoholic beverages into any entrance of Rangers Ballpark is strictly prohibited. Suite guests may not leave the suite level with alcoholic beverages, opened or un-opened, under any circumstances.
Tailgate parties are permitted in the parking lots of Rangers Ballpark as long as festivities do not interfere with normal parking procedures or extend into additional spaces. Use of an open flame for cooking or other purposes is prohibited. Outside food companies (other than Sportservice) are not permitted to cater tailgate parties. UPPER HOME RUN PORCH GRILL - ALL YOU CAN EAT SEATS
The Texas Rangers offer All You Can Eat Seats in the Upper Home Run Porch for every regular season game. Each ticket includes unlimited grilled chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, nachos, peanuts, popcorn, and soft drinks, served in the air-conditioned grill behind the Upper Home Run Porch. Food service begins when the ballpark gates open and ends two hours after the scheduled game time. The All You Can Eat area in the grill and bar behind the Upper Home Run Porch has multiple seating areas, including tables and seats on the glass overlooking the playing field, three bar areas, and sports programming on over 100 televisions including several big screens.
This plaza is named after former Arlington Mayor Tom Vandergriff who was instrumental in bringing the Rangers franchise to Texas. A statue honoring his work in bringing the Rangers to the Metroplex was erected in 1997 and greets fans as they enter this area.
VANDERGRIFF PLAZA - BUDWEISER BOWTIE CONCESSIONS
The Budweiser Bowtie in Vandergriff Plaza features four full-service concession stands (American Dog, Ryan Express, Smokehouse 557, and Taqueria), seating clusters, and a large video board mounted on the back of the Batter's Eye Club. Near Vandergriff Plaza and adjacent to the Majestic Grand Slam Gift Shop, a new Centerfield Market concession area features hand-dipped Blue Bell Ice Cream, Icee Mix it Up, fruit, and healthy choice menu items.
VIDEO & MESSAGE BOARDS
The video board, located above the upper deck of Home Run Porch at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, is used to show replays and highlights of game action and specially-produced entertainment segments. Statistical information and news about the Texas Rangers and other Major League teams will appear on the Coca-Cola message board in center field. The video board that forms part of the left field wall shows replays and highlights of game action and information on other Major League games.
