NEW YORK -- Polar Mobile (www.polarmobile.com) and the Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA) are announcing a multi-year agreement with Polar Mobile to develop and power MLBPA mobile products. MLBPA and Polar Mobile plan to launch a series of mobile initiatives, including apps that connect fans with their favorite big leaguers.

The first set of mobile apps for the MLBPA will feature an integrated Twitter feed of all MLB players active on the social media site, allowing fans to easily stay connected. The apps will all be available directly from the respective app stores for iPhone, BlackBerry, Android and Windows smartphones.
