TEN YEAR agreement

*10-year commitment will receive four per seat and five-year commitment will receive two per seat (e.g., a five-year term Champions Suite Licensee with ownership of four Champions Suite seats will be entitled to eight complimentary Champions Suite Bonus Tickets to be selected from designated Yankees 2013 regular season home games). Subject to availability.
+In connection with your membership in the Champions Suite, the New York Yankees shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide you with each of the applicable benefits listed herein (the "Premium Benefits") only during the 2013 Major League Baseball season. Each of the Champions Suite Benefits are subject to change and/or modification at any time by the New York Yankees from time to time and may be subject to additional sales or other applicable federal, state and/or local taxes, payable solely by you. The unavailability, modification or cancellation of any of the Champions Suite Benefits shall not constitute a breach by the New York Yankees of any license, ticket or food and beverage agreement entered into by you and the New York Yankees in connection with your membership in the Champions Suite, or entitle you to any compensation, credits, rebates, refunds, offsets, make-goods or any other remedy.
