Despite having starter Kason Gabbard scratched and then losing Luis Mendoza after just two innings in his Major League debut, the Rangers still toppled the A's on Saturday on the strength of Ian Kinsler's first-inning homer, solid work from the bullpen and a four-run fourth inning.
