Felix Hernandez was sharp out of the gate, allowing just one hit over the first four innings en route to his 10th win of the season. Jose Guillen got the Mariners on the board in the first inning with a solo shot, his 19th of the year, and added an RBI single for the go-ahead run in the seventh.
