Ramon Vazquez's third hit started a 10th-inning rally, and Vazquez scored the go-ahead run on a throwing error as the Rangers beat the Indians. Jarrod Saltalamacchia hit a two-run single in his first game with Texas. Frank Catalanotto tied the game with a two-run double in the seventh.
