Vazquez gets rally rolling

Ramon Vazquez's third hit started a 10th-inning rally, and Vazquez scored the go-ahead run on a throwing error as the Rangers beat the Indians. Jarrod Saltalamacchia hit a two-run single in his first game with Texas. Frank Catalanotto tied the game with a two-run double in the seventh.

After Jason Michaels hit a solo home run, Casey Blake drilled a two-run shot in the second inning. Between the home runs, Grady Sizemore added an RBI double. Ryan Garko and Travis Hafner each added an RBI single.
