The Mariners got a solid effort from starter Jarrod Washburn, who allowed three runs in 5 2/3 innings, but it didn't prevent the doubleheader sweep. Raul Ibanez hit a two-run double in the fifth as part of a three-run frame, but Washburn couldn't hold the lead.
