Feldman finishes spring strong
Righty allows just one run in four innings; Fox belts three-run homer

Rangers at the plate: Michael Young finished the Arizona schedule with an 11-game hitting streak with a first-inning double. He was 1-for-2 on the day, leaving him at .349 for the spring. Adam Fox hit a three-run home run for the Rangers.
Royals at the plate: Coco Crisp was 1-for-2 and left Arizona hitting .400 for the spring. He also drew his 15th walk and his on-base percentage is right at .500. Mark Teahen was 1-for-2 and is hitting .472.Rangers on the mound: Scott Feldman said he was disappointed about the move from the rotation to the bullpen, but he still finished strong in his final start of the spring. He allowed one run on three hits and a walk in four innings. He struck out two. Feldman, who will be a middle reliever during the season, had a 5.40 ERA for the spring. Royals on the mound: Horacio Ramirez made his last start of the spring and allowed six runs on nine hits in six innings. He walked one and struck out three. He is not scheduled to make his first start until April 12 against the Yankees. Cactus League records: Rangers 20-13; Royals 17-13. Up next: The Rangers and the Royals leave Arizona and head for Texas. They'll play each other for the eighth time this spring when they meet at 7:05 p.m. CT on Friday at the Dr Pepper Ballpark in Frisco. That's the home of the Rangers' Double-A team. Vicente Padilla makes his final start of the spring for the Rangers against Zack Greinke for the Royals. Both are the No. 2 starters on their teams. The two teams will meet again on Saturday at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington.
