Bradley sits out to rest hamstring
Rangers outfielder expected to return to the lineup Friday

Texas manager Ron Washington said Bradley is expected to return to the lineup Friday to start the road trip in Oakland, but with the club's recent bad luck with injuries and Bradley's recent injury woes, who knows?
"Milton has had problems [with his hamstrings] in the past," Washington said. "I didn't want to take any chances, so I removed him from the lineup."
Bradley had four stints on the disabled list last year with Oakland and San Diego, including twice with a strained hamstring.
Losing Bradley for an extended period would hamper a Rangers lineup already relying on several young hitters. Bradley is batting .314 with 12 RBIs, and he leads the team with 12 walks. He has been the club's primary cleanup hitter, with 19 starts in the No. 4 spot.
The Rangers already have two regulars on the 15-day disabled list -- third baseman Hank Blalock (torn left hamstring) and outfielder Marlon Byrd (left knee inflammation) -- plus third baseman Travis Metcalf (left hamstring tear), who likely would be replacing Blalock in the lineup if he were healthy.
In all, the Rangers have six players on the 15-day DL and three more on the 60-day DL.
