ARLINGTON, Tex. -- Texas Rangers General Manager Jon Daniels announced today the club has made the following roster moves:

• Recalled RHP Scott Feldman from Triple-A Oklahoma
•Optioned RHP Robinson Tejeda to Triple-A Oklahoma
•Designated LHP Brian Shouse for Assignment

Feldman was optioned to Oklahoma on April 15 after beginning the season on the Opening Day roster. In 9 appearances with the RedHawks, he was 0-1, 1.74 with one save. He had thrown 10.1 innings and allowed 6 hits, 2 runs (both earned) while walking one and striking out 10. He held opposing hitters to just a .176 average.

In 5 games with the Rangers in 2006 he is 0-0, 4.76. He has pitched 5.2 innings and allowed 5 hits, 3 runs (2 earned) while walking one and striking out 6.

Tejeda has made 2 starts for Texas since being recalled May 2. He is 1-1, 9.00 in those outings.

Shouse has appeared in 6 games in 2006 and is 0-0, 4.15. He had thrown 4.1 innings and allowed 6 hits, 2 runs (both earned) with one walk and 3 strikeouts. He was placed on the 15-day disabled list April 22 with a strained left calf.
