Orioles "Birdland Passport" program returns in 2015
The Orioles today announced that the popular Birdland Passport program, designed to reward fans who visit Oriole Park at Camden Yards and the Orioles' local minor league affiliates, is back for another season.

Orioles invite public to extended Spring Training games in Sarasota
The public is invited to watch Orioles minor league players in action in Sarasota during Extended Spring Training during the months of April, May and June. There is no charge to attend the games, which will be held on Field 4 at the Ed Smith Stadium complex beginning tomorrow, April 14.

The Orioles today announced that they have placed LHP WESLEY WRIGHT on the 15-day Disabled List with a left trapezius strain. In a corresponding move, the Orioles have recalled RHP EDDIE GAMBOA from Triple-A Norfolk.
Orioles acquire Chris O'Brien and Ben Rowen from Los Angeles Dodgers
The Orioles today announced that they have acquired minor league CA CHRIS O'BRIEN and RHP BEN ROWEN from the Los Angeles Dodgers in exchange for RHP RYAN WEBB, minor league CA BRIAN WARD and Competitive Balance Round B pick (74th Overall) in the 2015 First-Year Player Draft.
Orioles to celebrate Jackie Robinson Day, Wednesday, April 15
In recognition of the 68th anniversary of Jackie Robinson becoming the first African-American player in Major League Baseball, the Orioles will honor Robinson's legacy on Wednesday, April 15, by hosting a "self-expression" contest with the Boys & Girls Club.

Orioles active on field, in community during Spring Training campaign
The Major League Orioles began the 2015 regular season this week, following a Spring Training season that set a new, per-game average attendance record and celebrated the Sarasota area community with a series of gameday events to benefit local youth and non-profits. Although the Major League team won't play games at Ed Smith Stadium again until 2016, the club will continue to maintain a year-round presence in the Suncoast community, including athletic training through Extended Minor League Spring Training, Summer Gulf Coast League, Fall Instructional League, and other athletic rehabilitation programs, as well as via many charitable activities and the "Arts in the Ballpark" event series.

The Orioles today announced that they have reinstated INF CHRIS DAVIS from the Restricted List following a 25-game suspension and optioned CA STEVE CLEVENGER to Triple-A Norfolk.
