Rangers at the plate: Frank Catalanotto was 2-for-4 with two RBIs. He is now hitting .310 for the spring. Marlon Byrd hit his second home run of the spring, a two-run shot in the third. The Rangers were down to their final two outs in the ninth when catcher Adam Melhuse tied the game at 10 with an RBI single.
