INSCRIPTION / ENGRAVING QUESTIONS:

What are other people putting on their bricks?

Please visit www.imagineyourroyalsbrick.com to create your personal message on a virtual legacy brick. Examples of personal messages created by other fans are also provided.

Can I put a personal image or graphic on my brick?

No, only numbers, letters and/or punctuation marks found on a standard keyboard are permitted. Websites, phone numbers, hashtags and/or commercialization are also not acceptable. As these messages are for public display, the Kansas City Royals reserve the right to approve all inscriptions prior to production. Should any message be deemed unsuitable, you will be contacted and allowed to submit an alternate inscription.

Can I have lower case letters on my brick?

Yes, if requested for last name emphasis only (i.e., McDONALD, DeLONGH, etc.), otherwise all inscriptions will be engraved in UPPER CASE font for uniformity and overall aesthetics.

Does my message automatically get centered on my brick?

Yes, messages for all brick sizes will be centered.

How many lines of text can I have on a brick?

4"x8" bricks can be engraved with one to three (1-3) lines of text.
8"x8" bricks can be engraved with one to six (1-6) lines of text.
8"x8" logo bricks can be engraved with one to four (1-4) lines of text.

Can I change my inscription if I change my mind? Is there a fee?

Yes, a $10 reprocessing fee may apply if your inscription is completely altered requiring resubmission for approval or if you notify us of any changes AFTER the proof time has expired on your "Inscription Verification Letter", otherwise there are no fees if corrections are made WITHIN the proof time indicated on your inscription verification letter. Additionally, if your brick is in production and you wish to make changes at this stage, redo fees will apply. The inscription verification letters are typically generated within three (3) to four (4) weeks of your order being processed and approved by the Kansas City Royals.

ORDER / PAYMENT QUESTIONS:

What is the last date I can order?

Bricks are available in limited quantities will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

When does my credit card get charged?

Your card will be charged within two business days following the date your order is placed.

Have you received my order?

If you ordered online or over the phone you will receive an automatic payment receipt which will be followed up by an email order confirmation within 2-5 business days of your order being processed.

If you mailed or faxed your order in, this usually takes 5-7 business days to process once we receive it. An email order confirmation will follow if an email address was provided on your submitted form.

Always check your spam or junk folder if this is your first time receiving anything from the Royals American League Champions Legacy Brick Campaign. You may also call to speak with a customer service representative during normal business hours at 1-877-KCR-BRIX (877-527-2749).

Can I purchase a gift certificate for myself or a friend?

Yes, any brick option can be converted into a gift certificate, which does not require you to enter an inscription prior to check-out. They are the perfect gift for any Royals fan! It's also a great way to secure your own placement at Kauffman Stadium while allowing additional time to personalize your own brick.

Is my purchase tax deductible?

Yes, gift certificates are available so please call 1-877-KCR-BRIX (527-2749)., a portion of your donation is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law through the Royals Charities, a 501(c)3 organization. We recommend to always consult with a tax professional.

Is there sales tax?

No, additional sales tax does not apply.

Can I pay by check?

Yes; please make checks payable to: Royals Charities Brick Program.

Where do I mail my check?

Where will the proceeds from the bricks go?

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of legacy bricks will go to the Royals Charities, which supports children, education, youth baseball/softball and the military in and around the Kansas City area.

How many bricks are available?

A limited number of personalized engraved bricks are available and will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

Can I choose where my brick is placed?

No; all bricks will be installed at the discretion of the Kansas City Royals.

How will I know where my brick is?

After the bricks have been installed, a locator map will be provided to assist you in locating your brick at Kauffman Stadium.

When will the bricks be installed?

Personalized American League Champions bricks will be installed by Opening Day 2016.

Where will the bricks be installed?

Personalized American League Champions bricks will be installed in the front walkway at Kauffman Stadium as guests enter Gate C.

REPLICAS / DISPLAY CASES:

What is the replica made of?

The replica is made of the same material and engraved identical to your installed brick at Kauffman Stadium. They also include a commemorative plaque affixed to the top! Colors may vary slightly.

Can a Replica be shipped to a different address?

Yes, with the exception of P.O. boxes or APO's.

How long does it take to get my replica?

Replicas bricks are expected to be engraved and shipped within 10-12 weeks from the time your order is processed and approved by the Kansas City Royals.

Can I pay to have my replica expedited?

Where is my replica brick?

If you placed your order more than 12 weeks ago and have not received an email shipment tracking notification, please call 1-877-KCR-BRIX (877-527-2749). You can also inquire by sending an email to bricks@royals.com.

Can I order Replica Display Cases after I have placed my order?
