For your convenience, you have the option to have your Red Sox Nation membership automatically renew at the previous year's regular full price. Your automatically renewed membership may come with premiums (e.g., hat, sticker) of equal or greater value to the items provided as premiums in the previous year, though the exact type of premium(s) provided may change from year to year. Red Sox Nation will contact members whose memberships are subject to automatic renewal via email by the spring of the following season to notify them of pending renewal. MLB.com will refund the paid purchase price of an automatically renewed 2013 Red Sox Nation membership if a refund request is received by contacting redsoxnation@website.mlb.com within 10 days of your 2013 renewal date, which will be included in the email, sent to the email address associated with your account, notifying you of the renewal of your membership. There will be no returns, refunds or exchanges after this date. Please note: Under no circumstances will Red Sox Nation MVP or Hall of Fame memberships be refunded once the two Outfield Grandstand tickets have been requested, or, in the case of the Hall of Fame membership, the two Green Monster tickets have been purchased.
Red Sox Nation may determine, in its discretion, to discontinue a membership tier offered for purchase with automatic renewal. If that occurs, such memberships will not automatically renew. Red Sox Nation will contact those members by email prior to the start of the next regular season to notify them of available membership options for that year's baseball season.
All Red Sox Nation members who selected the automatic renewal option when originally purchasing their memberships and have not cancelled or purchased a new membership for 2013 will receive notification of the pending renewal in or around March 2013 and then automatically have their memberships renew approximately two weeks later. For information on refunds for automatically renewed 2013 memberships, please see above.
Gift memberships cannot be automatically renewed from year to year.

If you purchase a 2013 membership and elect to have that membership automatically renew, and such membership tier is still available in 2014, then your membership will automatically renew approximately in February 2014, unless you contact us by Jan. 15, 2014, to opt to have the automatic renewal feature canceled. You will receive notification of the pending renewal in approximately February 2014 and then automatically have your membership renew approximately two weeks later. If you do not cancel before the date set forth in your notification email, then your membership will automatically renew in approximately February 2014, and will be subject to the refund policy set forth below.

Your Red Sox Nation Welcome Package contains your personalized membership card, welcome letter, and Red Sox Nation decal. Any additional items in your package will be based upon the tier you purchased. Red Sox Nation Official Yearbooks and Media Guides will ship separately later in the 2013 season.
Membership cards and welcome packages will begin to be shipped in April 2013. Please allow four to six weeks for delivery. Neither the Boston Red Sox nor MLB.com are responsible for lost or stolen shipments. For each 2013 regular season home game, all Red Sox Nation Fan Club Members (with valid dated game ticket) may enter the ballpark via "Nation's Way" at Gate C on Lansdowne Street two-and-a-half (2.5) hours before scheduled game start, to watch Red Sox Batting Practice from atop the Green Monster. RSN Fan Club Members may bring one (1) guest (with valid dated game ticket) and may remain on the Green Monster until the general ballpark gates open. Once inside the ballpark to watch Batting Practice, fans are not permitted to leave and re-enter Fenway Park. This benefit is non-transferable and subject to availability. RSN Fan Club Members must have proof of 2013 RSN Fan Club membership (2013 RSN membership card or printed copy of 2013 membership purchase confirmation e-mail) and a valid photo ID.
