Q. What is Braves FanPass?
A. When you use Braves FanPass, you get through the Turner Field gates quickly with something you're carrying around already: your credit card! Braves FanPass means never forgetting your tickets again on the kitchen counter or at the office!
At the gate a Braves Ticket Taker will swipe the credit card your tickets are loaded on (don't worry, you won't be charged again), and hand you a slip of paper with your seat location on it. It's that easy!
Q. Why is Braves FanPass better?
Q. Will I be charged again when they swipe my credit card at the gate?
A. Absolutely, positively not! The swipe at the gate just confirms that you are the valid ticket holder; you will not be charged again.
Q. Where do I enter Turner Field if I have Braves FanPass?
A. A Braves FanPass scanner is available at every Turner Field gate.
Q. What happens at the gate?
A. It's pretty much the same as picking up tickets at a movie theater kiosk or picking up your boarding pass at an airport kiosk. All it takes is a credit card swipe (you won't be charged again) to admit you and your party! You'll get a slip of paper with your seat locations on it so you know where you're going.
Q. What if I have 755 Club access and/or Added Value on my tickets?
A. Added Value and 755 Club are stored on your credit card as well! Both your 755 Club access and Added Value will print out on the Seat Locator that you receive at the gate - it's that easy! Just bring your credit card to the game!
Q. How do I receive the 33% concessions discount as a Season Ticket Holder?
A. The "seat locator" that you receive at the gate will contain a barcode. Simply present this seat locator when paying at eligible stands to receive your discount.
Q. Is there a special process for forwarding Braves FanPass?
A. No, Braves FanPass tickets are managed the same way you manage regular paper tickets or TicketFast (print-at-home) tickets on My Braves Account. In fact, forwarding Braves FanPass tickets is completely FREE! You can't beat that!
Q. As a Season Ticket Holder, How do I log in to my Braves account?
Q. When I forward tickets to a guest, do they need to have a Braves account to accept the tickets?
A. Yes, a Braves account is required to accept forwarded tickets. Your guest will have the option to fill in their personal information and create an account when they accept the tickets. If your guest would like to take care of this step in advance, they can do so at braves.com/myaccount and enter their email that you will be sending their tickets to in the box below "I don't have an account".
Q. Can I buy Braves FanPass with my virtual credit card?
A. Sorry, you can't use a virtual credit card number to pay for Braves FanPass because there will be nothing to swipe at the gate to get you in! (Swiping does not charge you again.)
Q. What if I lose the credit card I used to buy my Braves FanPass, or it expires?
A. Don't worry, you can still get in! You can easily manage your available credit cards within your Braves online account manager. Log in at braves.com/sth (Click "My Braves Account"). Once logged on, simply load your new credit card and transfer your tickets. You may also feel free to call your Braves Client Services Representative.
Q. If I buy the tickets for me and my friends, how do they get in?
A. The credit card used to buy Braves FanPass tickets acts as the one and only ticket for your entire party, which means everyone must enter together. So make sure that friend who's always late arrives on time!
Q. What if someone in my party arrives late?
A. If you can't travel to the event together, you'll have to hang out until everyone gets there or forward individual tickets to each member of your party. Forwarding is an easy process that will allow your guests to claim a ticket with their own credit card...and best of all, it's FREE for Braves FanPass holders! If you do keep your tickets on one card, your entire party must enter at the same time the card is swiped. Encourage your friends to arrive on time!
Q. What if I forget my credit card?
A. The credit card you have loaded your tickets on within My Braves Account IS your ticket, so don't leave home without it! Of course, if you have any issues at the gate, our representatives at the Season Ticket Holder Service Desk in the 755 Club Lobby can help you out.
Q. If I don't have paper tickets, how will I know where I'm sitting?
A. After your credit card is swiped at the gate, you'll get a slip of paper with your seat locations on it so you know exactly where you're going. If you have added value for concessions or have 755 Club access, it will be reflected on this seat locator.
